Got out for an hour at 3.45pm. Thought it was windier than Thursday so pulled some more downhaul on my 5.2, but actually wasn´t quite as windy. Still, was well powered up for most of the time. Again lots of people out, friends and clients, so a good laff. Always very satisfying when using one of your mates as a gybe mark successfully......

For some reason my sailing wasn´t happening quite as much as on Thursday. Wasn´t going for the jumps/gybes etc as much, dunno why just didn´t feel as good. Was still a good session though, and I pulled off one clean duck gybe on the inside! Also one messed up duck gybe resulting in a flying 5 metre Superman dismount over the front! Woohoo!

Finished on a bad note, when wading in back to the beach I stood on something which stung me on my big toe. Intense pain in toe ensued for about an hour afterwards, could hardly walk. Better now (3 hours later) but still a bit painful.
